Gingerbread Houses

Our Christmas vacation went by so fast this year that we were not able to make gingerbread houses.  So we made some tonight for Family Home Evening.  (And a few reindeer.)

Isaac and Emerald worked together to make their houses and the two reindeer.

Joel and Dallin also buddied up on their houses (pictured below).

You can see our big excitement of the month in the photo above -- Joel is wearing braces!  You can also see why he needs them -- those two teeth in front need quite a bit more room to grow down to where they should be!

Aysha (in the above photo) preferred to build her chalet alone.

Alexander thoroughly enjoyed eating candy, trying to "help" the other kids, and just acting silly for our entertainment.

As you can see, we were few in numbers for FHE tonight!  Coral is far away *sniff*, Scott was not feeling well, and Jessalyn was busy serving for a band fundraising dinner.
