Aysha's Mission Call

We were hoping that Aysha would receive her mission call before we went to Salmon, so she could share it with everyone gathered together.  Alas, it didn't come until the day after the 4th of July, when everyone had gone home, and Aysha was in Stanley.  This is how we found out it arrived:

Aysha sent us this screen shot of her text message to Brad, her emotional support person in Stanley. After she sent this text to Brad, she called him and had him stay on the phone while she opened her call.  After she had processed the news, she sent this message to Scott and I to let us know. I called her, and she shared the details.

California Roseville Mission, English speaking, starting October 3.

We were so relieved that she would still be in our country, and not in Africa or something!  Aysha was glad that she wasn't going to Utah.
